Academic Mentorship Program
Our Academic Mentorship Program ensures student-athletes balance sports and studies. Services include tutoring, SAT/ACT prep, and college readiness workshops. Mentors provide guidance on time management, goal setting, and career planning. Objectives include a 95% high school graduation rate and an 80% college acceptance rate. Success metrics involve GPA improvements, standardized test score increases, and scholarship acquisition. Partnerships with educators, college recruiters, and academic organizations strengthen the program’s impact.
Community Outreach Program
The Community Outreach Program fosters leadership and social responsibility. Athletes mentor youth, host sports clinics, and participate in cultural exchange programs. Goals include engaging 500+ youth annually, forming three new international partnerships yearly, and conducting quarterly health and wellness initiatives. Success is tracked through participant numbers, partnerships, and community feedback. Partner organizations include local schools, nonprofit sports programs, and international athletic federations.
